Our Process

We are excited that you are considering Trinity Classical School for your family! We hope to assist you in any way we can.

1. Inquire

If you would like to have a one-on-one conversation to discuss the benefits of a Trinity Classical School education, the application process, space availability, or to become better acquainted, please connect with us by signing up for a video call with an administrator.

2. Apply

Ready to apply? Here is a link to our online application.

A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each family application. You can pay online or by check made out to Trinity Classical School.

3. Student Assessment Testing

Next, all prospective students will take an assessment test. The assessment involves age-appropriate math, reading, writing, and grammar exercises. We use it to identify a student’s academic strengths. For example, kindergarten students will be asked to demonstrate their penmanship, letters, and numbers while older students will be asked to read passages from age-appropriate books, answer questions related to their reading, and solve math problems from the grade prior to the one they are applying to. They will also be asked questions about why they want to attend Trinity, who Jesus is, and what type of books they read.

4. Family Interview

Once the application is complete, we will arrange an interview with your family with our head of the school. Both parents are required to attend.

The interview is an essential step in the admission process because we are not just admitting the student to the school but the family. We seek godly families that are committed to biblical standards, students that demonstrate respect and obedience toward their parents, love others, and shows a strong work ethic in the classroom. We will ask you questions about church attendance, discipline, and the strengths and areas of growth for your child. The interview usually takes around 1 to 1.5 hours.

Finally, the parent interview is to ensure that parents fully understand Trinity Classical School's values, mission, and philosophy. The relationship between school and home must be one of openness and mutual support. This is also an excellent opportunity to ask additional questions about school philosophy or policies.

5. Enrollment

After the family interview and student assessment, the school will notify applicants about acceptance within a week.

Accepted and Enrollment Offered – In order to secure placement, an enrollment contract and accompanying fees must be submitted within ten days. Additional material, such as the school calendar, uniform policy, and school supplies lists, will be provided after the enrollment contract is submitted.

Waiting Pool: When the number of qualified applicants exceeds class capacity, applicant names are placed in the wait pool. If and when openings in a class occur, an eligible applicant will be selected from the wait pool and offered enrollment.

Trinity Classical School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
